Archaelin defined
The ancient one
of mind and spirit
wise beyond years
yet young of the time.
too old to know any better,
to small to care anymore,
all i have to do is to be
and to write it all down.
life's too slow to stop to smell the roses
to fast to drag on forever
a split second of a day in the life
all there is is now: the past's future, futures past.
tic toc toc toc
stuck on the minute
let's go, we're late
but the clock says we're immobile.
running through space to catch up with time
stopping to let it follow us,
moving ahead and pushing it all backward
leaving me behind.
